CAD Floor Plan Add-On

The CAD Floor Plan add-on delivers a drafted floor plan (DWG) along with lidar point cloud data for all floors (DXF), providing more complete property documentation. It acts as a head start for architects, designers and contractors who need accurate base data for further development.

Each CAD Floor Plan delivery includes the following components:

Drafted floor plan (DWG) at LOD 200, with interior wall thicknesses set to North American standards and exterior spaces such as patios, decks and porches included
AIA standard layers with annotations including labels, area totals and object dimensions (available with the Advanced Drawing Package and iGUIDE Premium only)
Lidar point cloud data of all drafted floors in DXF format.

Our Advanced Drawing Package pairs our virtual walkthrough with a drafted floor plan (DWG), a detailed plotted drawing package and lidar point cloud data for all floors (DXF).

Reflected Ceiling Plans

A Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) is an architectural drawing that shows a space's ceiling layout. Unlike typical floor plans, which depict walls, doors and windows, an RCP focuses solely on ceiling elements and is mirrored to match the floor plan below.

A Reflected Ceiling Plan is a drafted architectural drawing focused on the ceiling of a space, presented as a mirrored view of the floor plan. It is commonly used by architects, designers and contractors for lighting, bulkhead and ceiling-height planning.

Exterior Elevations

Exterior Elevations are architectural drawings that show the exterior façade of a building. They provide a flat representation of each side of the structure, giving architects, designers and contractors valuable insight into the building's external appearance and design.
